Do you take my insurance?

Luxury Tooth Booth is in-network with Medicaid, Delta Dental of Colorado, and Cigna. We are out-of-network with BCBS, MetLife, Aetna, most Medicare coverage plans, and United Healthcare, although United Healthcare is the only one of those plans that currently provides payment. A detailed superbill can be provided for reimbursement submission when appropriate.

How do you make care recommendations?

Our recommendations are based on evidence-based oral health needs and reducing harmful bacterial burden, not on what an insurance plan may or may not prefer to cover.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not accept CareCredit. For eligible care plans, we may offer a minimum monthly payment subscription option through Stripe.

How does mobile dental care work?

We provide mobile dental hygiene care in community settings and in rural mountain, plains, and desert regions where access to care may be limited. Visits are coordinated in advance based on route, patient needs, and scheduling availability.

What if I do not have insurance?

Membership options offer a more predictable alternative for many uninsured patients and can support ongoing preventive or periodontal care.
